Satisfaction

It is the responsibility of the salon/client to ensure complete customer satisfaction to the end user in relation to all Isla products. This would include, but is not limited to, the consultation, selection of product, application of product and any advice or counsel given regarding said product.

Basically, if Isla products are not used properly, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction. 

Out of Stock Items. Occasionally, some of our products are out of stock. If an item is out of stock, it will be reflected on our website. In the event we run out of stock as we are pulling your order, every attempt will be made to reach you via email or phone to advise you of your options. If we are unable to reach you, we will cancel that part of your order and ship everything else to you.

Disclaimer

Isla Hair will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use Isla Hair products at their own risk. Isla will not be held liable for any labor costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, even if the product is found to be defective. 

We may take legal action if necessary against any individuals or entities using Isla’s name, logos, or script taken from its websites or promotional materials.

Stored Information

Isla values your privacy and takes the security of your sensitive information very seriously. As an added measure to our secure server, we do not store customer credit card information. Please know that Isla maintains the highest level of security and encryption to keep all information safe and will not sell, release or distribute any information you provide to purchase any products. This is in direct efforts to protect the security of our customers. 

User Comments, Feedback And Other Submissions

By posting on our Facebook page, YouTube page, Twitter profile, or other social media pages or profiles managed by Isla Hair or any of its subsidiary or otherwise related companies, you grant Isla Hair the right to use the content you provide for our own purposes, including republication in any form or media. 

Isla reserves the right to remove any comment or post made on our site or on any Isla social media site that we deem to be offensive or damaging to any group or individual.

Placing an Order

We will be closed to observe the holiday on Friday the 3rd, until Monday the 6th. Any orders received after 3:00 PM  MT on Thursday the 2nd, will not ship out until the 6th of July.

We highly recommend that you order your products at least 4 to 5 days before your scheduled appointments to allow time for the chosen carrier to complete the pickup and delivery of your product before you need it.

Orders received before 3:30 p.m. Mountain Time will ship the same business day. Orders received after 3:30 p.m. Mountain Time will be shipped the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday - Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. This means that if you place an order after 3:30 p.m. Mountain Time on a Friday, it will ship the following Monday.

About colors on the Internet:

Please keep in mind that color monitors display colors differently depending on size, resolution, brand, etc. If you have concerns about specific colors, please contact us. We offer a color ring that has all the Isla hair colors. 

While our customer service team can guide you towards a color selection by answering general questions, we cannot guarantee that those colors will be the exact match for you.
