Shipping Protection Terms of Use

Shipping Protection is an optional service available during checkout that helps protect eligible shipments against loss, theft, or transit-related damage. By purchasing Shipping Protection, you gain additional peace of mind knowing that your order is covered in the event of unforeseen shipping issues.
This service is designed to complement the standard shipping process and provide recourse when eligible incidents occur during transit or delivery.
2. Coverage
Shipping Protection may cover the following eligible incidents:
- Lost packages during transit
- Damaged shipments
- Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Missing items from an order
Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined in this document. Each claim is reviewed individually to determine eligibility.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for Shipping Protection coverage, the following conditions must be met:
- Shipping Protection must be purchased at the time of checkout
- Coverage applies only to eligible orders as determined by ISLA | Rows Education
- Claims must be submitted within the required timeframe specified in these Terms
- Customers must provide reasonable supporting documentation as requested
Failure to meet these eligibility requirements may result in denial of a claim.
4. Filing a Claim
To file a claim under Shipping Protection, customers must contact ISLA | Rows Education support and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Tracking information
- Clear description of the issue (lost, damaged, stolen, or missing items)
- Supporting photographs when applicable (e.g., damaged packaging or products)
- Additional documentation if requested by our support team
All claims are reviewed individually and may require additional verification. ISLA | Rows Education reserves the right to request further information or evidence to process a claim. Claims must be submitted promptly upon discovery of the issue and within any applicable reporting period.
5. Exclusions
Shipping Protection does not cover the following circumstances:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Refused or abandoned deliveries
- Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or carrier disruptions
- Damage occurring after successful delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or storage
- Claims submitted outside the designated reporting period
- Orders for which Shipping Protection was not purchased at checkout
ISLA | Rows Education reserves the right to deny claims that fall under these exclusions or that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms.
6. Claim Resolution
Upon approval of an eligible claim, ISLA | Rows Education may provide one of the following remedies:
- Replacement of the affected item(s); or
- Refund of the purchase price of the affected item(s)
ISLA | Rows Education reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy based on product availability, claim circumstances, and other relevant factors. The decision regarding claim resolution is final and at the sole discretion of ISLA | Rows Education.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISLA | Rows Education's liability under Shipping Protection is limited to the purchase price of the affected shipment. ISLA | Rows Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, or any other intangible losses.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which any claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
